About the role
Responsibilities
- Acquire new liabilities accounts and capture CASA
- Penetrate fee income products to clients with PRC/GBA focus
- Monitor account performance and control overdue situations
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding banking operations
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues
- Gather market information to help develop new products
- Comply with regulatory requirements, bank policies, and lending guidelines
- Perform regulated activities type 1 and 4 under the SFO
- Adhere to HKMA and SFC Code of Conduct requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics preferred
- Strong credit evaluation skills and teamwork spirit
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Putonghua
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Registered RI (Regulated Activities: Type 1 & 4) with passes in HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7 & 8 or equivalent
