Relationship Manager (Thai speaker)

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and grow their accounts through value-based relationship management
• Meet and exceed personal and team KPI targets
• Provide personalized voice and social media support to customers
• Research prospects and assess customer potential
• Prepare sales activities with tools, reports and business insights
• Resolve customer issues in coordination with relevant departments
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for management
• Follow compliance and security requirements
• Track global economic indicators and translate financial data into investment advice

Requirements

• Native Thai and fluent English
• Deep understanding of forex trading and currency pairs
• Analytical skills for financial markets and macroeconomic trends
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Familiarity with financial regulations relevant to forex trading
• Experience in sales for a CFD broker
• University degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

• Other additional languages
• Experience managing a sales team at a CFD broker
