About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain contact with existing and potential clients to meet their needs
- Promote the Company's products and services
- Present the risks of financial markets and derivative instruments clearly
- Contact prospects who registered through the company websites
- Communicate financial news to clients who gave prior approval
- Follow up actively on client requests with timely feedback
- Participate in company trainings on rules and regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
Requirements
- University or college degree, or high school diploma
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English and Arabic
- Advanced computer skills, CRM, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Organized, self-motivated, able to multitask
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of additional languages
