About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively drive new-to-bank business to grow Emirati and Islamic business presence
- Maintain close contact and relationships with clients to maximize wallet share
- Solicit and manage businesses meeting agreed risk-reward parameters
- Deliver acquisition targets and cross-sell bank products
- Liaise with intra-organization partners to ensure service delivery
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and bank policies
- Resolve customer problems and complaints through coordination with relevant units
Requirements
- Graduate degree
- 3+ years of banking sales experience
- Experience in Sales & Marketing
- Strong knowledge of Retail Banking products and service policies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and persistent personality
