Relationship Officer - ADIB@Work (Outsource)

Responsibilities

• Source payroll accounts from targeted sectors and achieve monthly targets
• Cross-sell and source Covered Cards and Personal Finance products
• Develop and maintain relationships with HR, Finance, and Admin contacts in government entities, multinationals, and large corporates
• Conduct marketing, kiosk, and onboarding sessions within targeted employers
• Visit potential employers and clients to finalize business deals
• Prepare and review Standard Credit Applications, ensuring accuracy and authenticity of documents
• Execute and process product lines, ensuring files are shared with coordinators within 24 hours
• Maintain rapport within ADIB departments to ensure smooth business flow
• Escalate customer complaints to management

Requirements

• Experience in multi-products sales, payroll, or employee banking
• Good knowledge of retail banking service standards and sales skills
• General awareness of competitors in the local and regional market
• Valid Driving License
• Proficiency in computer skills
