About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle home finance customer deposit account inquiries, openings and closings
- Resolve Home Finance customer complaints and keep customers informed on query status
- Meet turnaround times and coordinate with other departments
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC rules and Central Bank of UAE regulations
- Cross-sell ADIB products to home finance customers
- Support and coach colleagues on service skills
Requirements
- 0-2 years in customer relations or similar banking roles
- Broad knowledge of ADIB retail banking products and services
- Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations and risks
- Sales and training skills
- Computer skills
