About the role
Responsibilities
- Process business account opening applications accurately and within agreed turnaround times
- Review account opening forms and supporting documents to ensure completeness and compliance
- Verify trade licenses, constitutional documents, shareholder information, and authorized signatory details
- Ensure all customer onboarding requirements are fulfilled prior to account activation
- Liaise with Relationship Managers, Sales Teams, and clients to obtain missing documentation or clarifications
Requirements
- Experience in business account opening and onboarding
- Knowledge of KYC and due diligence processes
- Ability to coordinate with sales and relationship management teams
