About the role
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and leads, booking diagnostic and dispatch visits
- Manage the Housecall Pro schedule, invoicing, payment collection and AR follow-up
- Run payroll, onboarding and offboarding in Gusto, including new-hire paperwork
- Process permits, COIs, license renewals and equipment bookings
- Monitor the office inbox and deliver weekly office reports
- Document recurring tasks as SOPs and maintain Housecall Pro setup
Requirements
- 2+ years in office management, dispatch or operations coordination
- Working knowledge of Housecall Pro or a comparable FSM platform
- Strong phone presence and excellent written and verbal English
- Self-directed, organized and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Plumbing or heating industry experience
- Experience with Gusto or similar payroll platforms
- Experience with permits, COIs or AR collections
Benefits
- Up to $1600/month depending on experience
- Guaranteed annual bonus of one month's salary, plus performance bonus up to 1.5x
