About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide warm client interactions and manage phone triage
- Schedule and reschedule appointments
- Collect insurance information and answer client questions
- Perform verification of benefit checks with insurance companies
- Manage and collect client copays and payment balances
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years experience in a related field (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
- Proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office Products
- Strong computer skills; familiarity with EMRs preferred
- Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
