Renewals Consultant

Responsibilities

• Notifying clients or professional partners of upcoming renewal dates
• Handling escalations of complex cases and solving unique scenarios
• Negotiating matters with professional partners to reach optimal outcomes
• Monitoring and updating the CRM system regularly
• Responding to client emails and queries regarding licensee scenarios
• Conducting regular face-to-face meetings with clients
• Maintaining ongoing relationships with professional partners through reports, meetings, and training

Requirements

• Full English proficiency
• Intermediate computer literacy (MS Office)
• Confident personality with effective communication skills
• Self-motivated and accountable with a strong work ethic
• Strong negotiation skills
• 2-4 years of demonstrated Sales Experience
• Commercial mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry knowledge relating to licensing, amendments, cancellations, and immigration processes
• Customer Service and Client Relationship Management experience
