About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive walk-in and telephone enquiries, take bookings and quote availability and rental charges
- Check customer credentials and driver licenses, draw up rental agreements and deliver cars
- Check returned cars for damage and mileage, process payments and obtain approvals
- Track overdue agreements daily and collect monthly client payments
- Handle disputed payments and traffic fines with customers
- Forward rental agreements and daily sales reports to the main office daily
Requirements
- High school education
- 1 to 3 years of rental sales experience in the GCC market
