About the role
Responsibilities
- Collect weekly reports from all designated stakeholders and chase missing or late submissions
- Maintain the Master Action Tracker and follow up on overdue actions
- Maintain the Master Document Register: proposals, contracts, MOMs, reports, quotations, LOAs, operational trackers and supporting evidence
- Control document versions and identify missing, outdated, duplicate or superseded documents
- Compile the weekly management pack for the GGM without changing owners' information
- Maintain the future cloud/database filing structure so documents can be quickly retrieved
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, BD, Finance, Procurement, Hospitality, Snagging/DLP, Lagoons and F72 to keep information current
- Escalate missing information, overdue actions and data inconsistencies to the GGM
Requirements
- Highly organized
- Strong Excel and document-control skills
- Comfortable chasing senior stakeholders
- Analytical enough to identify missing or inconsistent information
- Extremely disciplined with confidentiality and version control
