About the role
Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries about telecom plans and services
- Diagnose customer issues and create support tickets
- Receive, understand and resolve complaints and propose solutions
- Recommend products and services matching customer needs
- Plan and confirm appointments for service subscription requests
- Create, fill and correct purchase orders from customer requests
- Follow the information security policy for all customer data
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of customer support experience, phone-based
- Ticketing system experience and high call volume handling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal French and English
- Typing speed of 30 to 40 words per minute
Preferred Qualifications
- Telecommunications product knowledge
- Genesys Cloud CX experience
