About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and manage the team to perform
- Lead the development and implementation of research methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align research objectives with organizational goals
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team
Requirements
- Proficiency in SAP Asset Performance Management (APM)
- Minimum 7.5 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to diverse audiences
- 15 years of full-time education
