Reservations Agent

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservation requests via telephone, email, and online channels
• Process individual, group, and corporate reservations accurately
• Provide guests with information about room types, rates, and hotel facilities
• Upsell room categories and additional hotel services
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and booking details in the reservation system
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Housekeeping to ensure guest requirements are met
• Monitor room availability and inventory to support revenue optimization
• Respond professionally to guest inquiries and complaints
• Support the Reservations Manager with daily reports and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Passion for guest service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and results-oriented
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset
• Fluency in English and Russian is a plus
• Minimum of 1 year previous hotel experience is an asset
• Knowledge of Property Management Systems is an asset
• Computer proficiency in a Windows environment
