About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms
- Provide detailed information on room types, rates, availability, and special offers
- Process, modify, and confirm reservations accurately
- Offer personalised services for VIP guests, group bookings, and special events
- Collaborate with Front Desk, Concierge, and Sales teams
- Maintain and update guest profiles and special requests
- Monitor inventory and room availability to maximise occupancy and revenue
- Resolve guest issues or booking discrepancies professionally
- Upsell hotel promotions, packages, and services
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Reservations Agent
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Accor Distribution and Reservation systems
