About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage staff and ensure smooth day-to-day activities for the reservation department
- Maintain reservation quality regarding guest details, rates, and payment methods
- Supervise on-the-job and weekly training for all staff
- Monitor VIP arrivals and spot-check previous day's reservations
- Assist Revenue Manager with reports, documents, and duty rosters
- Maintain security of customer and personnel information
- Support sales teams by adopting a consistent selling approach
Requirements
- Minimum one year experience in the same position within a 5-star hotel
- Computer literacy and excellent written/oral proficiency
- Sound knowledge of the English language
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
