Reservations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Answer all calls and emails following brand standards
• Provide exceptional customer service and manage reservations professionally
• Book and manage reservations through the reservations system
• Qualify and generate sales leads for the sales team
• Ensure system and booking documentation are accurate and up to date
• Configure rates in Opera PMS system

Requirements

• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in an intense environment
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
• Computer literacy in Windows, MS Office Suite, and CRS systems
• Advanced English language proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in a branded hotel reservation department
• High School Diploma
