About the role
Responsibilities
- Answer all calls and emails following brand standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and manage reservations professionally
- Book and manage reservations through the reservations system
- Qualify and generate sales leads for the sales team
- Ensure system and booking documentation are accurate and up to date
- Configure rates in Opera PMS system
Requirements
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in an intense environment
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
- Computer literacy in Windows, MS Office Suite, and CRS systems
- Advanced English language proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in a branded hotel reservation department
- High School Diploma
