About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time visibility of available staff, client assignments, and capacity across service lines
- Forecast resource needs based on volume trends, renewals, new clients, scheduled PTO, turnover, and client cycles
- Align resources to clients based on skill set, performance history, certification, access, and availability
- Monitor utilization and productivity KPIs to support margin protection targets
- Maintain resource and skills data in QuickBase
- Contribute to weekly workforce digests and monthly workforce alignment reports
- Identify staffing risks and coverage gaps proactively
- Support development of a cross-service-line flex pool of resources
Requirements
- 2+ years of healthcare operations, resource planning, or resource management experience
- Analytical skills, including resource forecasting and performance modeling
- Proficiency in QuickBase or similar resource/planning tools
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to assess risk and drive proactive, data-informed decision-making
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Coding, CDI, or revenue cycle operations
- Familiarity with healthcare staffing models and terminology
- Experience building dashboards or reports (Power BI a plus)
