About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze home sleep test results and communicate findings clearly to customers
- Provide CPAP, BiPAP and related equipment recommendations aligned with physician orders
- Perform virtual demonstrations and educate patients on equipment use
- Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and reinforce therapy commitment
- Provide technical support for PAP patients, referrals and team members
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize delivery expenses and improve service
Requirements
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- 2-3 years of DME experience
- Knowledge of DME/HME specific to sleep apnea and CPAP products
- Ability to set up and operate CPAP and BiPAP devices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Sleep credential (RRT-SDS or RPSGT)
