Job description

Responsibilities

  • Set up china, silverware, and buffet lines in a timely manner
  • Ensure food items are at correct temperatures and presented correctly
  • Maintain and refill the buffet line throughout service
  • Serve guests using premium verbal etiquette and appropriate body language
  • Explain different dishes to guests at the buffet line
  • Handle all equipment, food, and beverages with utmost care
  • Assist galley personnel with buffet decoration

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21 years old
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant service or hospitality
  • Excellent knowledge of international cuisine
  • Positive attitude at all times
