About the role
Responsibilities
- Set up china, silverware, and buffet lines in a timely manner
- Ensure food items are at correct temperatures and presented correctly
- Maintain and refill the buffet line throughout service
- Serve guests using premium verbal etiquette and appropriate body language
- Explain different dishes to guests at the buffet line
- Handle all equipment, food, and beverages with utmost care
- Assist galley personnel with buffet decoration
Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years old
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant service or hospitality
- Excellent knowledge of international cuisine
- Positive attitude at all times
