About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the team to create unforgettable guest experiences at ULA Beach
- Manage resource planning and support team development
- Mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team
- Supervise duties and ensure brand standards, SOPs, and quality measures are maintained
- Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine on menus, pricing, and promotional events
- Monitor guest feedback to improve satisfaction scores
- Liaise with the kitchen to ensure high food quality and visual appeal
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Manager for a standalone restaurant or beach club
- Degree in hospitality management or food & beverage
- Extensive beverage knowledge
- Service-focused personality with a passion for food and beverage
- Proactive approach with strong attention to detail
- Experience in all aspects of restaurant service
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Arabic speaker
