Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure high standards of service
- Drive sales growth and manage P&L performance
- Oversee team development, training, and performance management
- Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance with UAE food safety and labor regulations
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle customer feedback
