About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Italian restaurant ensuring luxury service standards
- Conduct daily briefings and supervise restaurant appearance and cleanliness
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for high-quality food service and timely delivery
- Manage guest relations, handle complaints, and build repeat business
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop restaurant staff
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets through effective labor and expense control
- Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine on menu planning and seasonal promotions
- Manage inventory, stock ordering, and control breakage and waste
- Ensure strict compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in luxury or fine-dining Italian settings
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Sound knowledge of Italian cuisine and wines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant POS systems
- Fluency in English; Italian language skills are an advantage
