About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead one of Dubai's most acclaimed Italian dining destinations
- Manage outlet operations and guest experience management
- Drive financial performance through menu engineering, cost control, and revenue optimisation
- Inspire, train, coach, and develop diverse multicultural teams
- Launch innovative promotions and new concepts
- Ensure service excellence and memorable guest experiences
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager in luxury hotel, resort, or international restaurant settings
- Mandatory fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Proven expertise in inventory management and financial performance
- College Degree or equivalent, preferably in Hospitality Management
- HACCP Certified (PIC Level 3 or International Equivalent)
- Basic & Intermediate Food Hygiene Certification
Preferred Qualifications
- WSET Intermediate Certification
- Train the Trainer Certification
