About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise the restaurant & lounge
- Manage restaurant & lounge staff
- Serve Food & Beverage to guests
- Ensure courteous, professional, and efficient service consistent with F&B standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Supervisor
- Exposure to 5* fine-dining standards
- Proficiency in English
- Fluency in Russian or Serbian
- Ability to motivate and develop employees
- Strong time management and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Hotel School Graduate or Catering School Diploma
