Retail Loans Pricing Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and execute risk-based pricing strategies to strengthen competitiveness and optimize revenue
• Lead cross-functional delivery across IT, Finance, Risk, and Operations to implement scalable pricing and digital solutions
• Develop roadmaps for retail assets focusing on process improvement and channel activation
• Integrate digital capabilities such as blockchain, UAE Pass, and Emirates ID for frictionless lending
• Establish strategic partnerships with auto dealerships and property developers
• Redesign customer journeys to maximize straight-through approvals using APIs and digital decisioning
• Govern SAS business rules and decision logic for customer segmentation and pricing offers
• Build financial models and scenario analyses for budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio strategy
• Define and track KPI frameworks covering growth, profitability, and risk

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science
• Extensive experience in Retail Assets/Lending (Personal Loans, Mortgages, Auto Loans)
• Proven track record in risk-based pricing strategies
• Strong background in project management and IT delivery
• Experience in digital transformation and lending process automation
• Ability to lead Business Analysts and Quality Analysts teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA
