Retail Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Creating an exceptional and memorable retail experience for guests on board
• Maximizing sales by promoting a quality range of products through a variety of in-store events
• Developing detailed and extensive knowledge of all products as well as the brand culture
• Exceeding sales targets and participating in promotional events such as fashion shows and presentations

Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• Excellent English
• Strong retail background and knowledge of premium products in a specialized area
• Excellent face to face customer service and sales ability
• Motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
• Proven ability in showcasing luxury items
• Adaptable to change and able to work in a high-pressure environment
• Strong team player who is goal orientated
• Demonstrated track record for driving sales through building loyal customer relationships
