Retention & Sales Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop operational plans to lead the retention team to achieve monthly retention targets
• Monitor seller churn trends and retention performance across the team
• Provide coaching and training on retention techniques and objection handling
• Communicate effectively with upper management and team members
• Organize workflow, lead/call allocation, and work schedules
• Handle employee complaints and inquiries
• Apply company policies related to employee KPIs

Requirements

• University Graduate
• 2-3 years of experience in call centre or sales environments
• 1-2 years of team management experience
• Understanding of call center operations and performance metrics
• Familiarity with CRM and reporting tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
• Strong coaching and people-development skills
• Ability to manage multiple sub-teams simultaneously
• Comfortable working with performance dashboards
