About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the property's revenue strategy in alignment with commercial and profitability objectives
- Establish pricing, inventory, and yield strategies across market segments
- Monitor demand patterns, booking pace, and market trends to identify revenue opportunities
- Lead accurate forecasting for occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and revenue performance
- Manage and optimize room availability and rate positioning across all distribution channels
- Partner with Sales to evaluate group, corporate, and retreat opportunities through displacement analysis
- Support pre-opening revenue strategy, market segmentation, and competitive set identification
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to ensure coordinated commercial approaches
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Management, ideally in hotels or resorts
- Experience in a pre-opening or hotel opening environment is highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of forecasting, pricing, inventory management, and distribution
- Proficiency in managing P&L, budget, ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy KPIs
- Experience with PMS, RMS, CRS, and channel management systems
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Understanding of the UAE hospitality landscape
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or Economics preferred
