About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and own the Relief-to-Hire pipeline in the CRM with defined funnel stages
- Set data standards so every deal has an owner, stage and next step
- Build the weekly Relief-to-Hire scorecard and placement forecast
- Find where deals stall and size the value of fixing each step
- Act as business owner for automated placement invoicing with Platform and Finance
- Set up and read experiments on fees, terms and outreach
Requirements
- Experience in revenue operations, sales operations or business analytics
- Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills, plus a BI tool
- Hands-on CRM administration, such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Rigorous data checking and clear, concise writing
- Experience with cohort analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with recruiting or placement funnels
- Fluency with AI as a way of working
