About the role
Responsibilities
- Verify signed deals against order forms and update CRM records
- Audit Closed Lost deals for category, reason and competitor
- Deduplicate and route target accounts and inbound leads
- Triage and resolve operations requests from reps, Marketing and Partnerships
- Prepare bi-weekly and weekly pipeline performance presentations
- Create process guides and train ADRs on campaign workflows
Requirements
- 2+ years in Revenue, Business or Sales Operations administration
- Proficiency with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Gong, 6sense and Slack
- Working knowledge of sales funnel metrics and deal flow
- Track record managing daily request queues with quick response times
Preferred Qualifications
- Hyperproof or similar compliance software experience
