About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as primary operational partner for Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Success leadership
- Own revenue operations, including forecasting, pipeline hygiene, NRR and churn analysis
- Serve as architect and administrator for Salesforce and Nue CPQ
- Manage Planhat-to-Salesforce data flow and GTM system vendor contracts
- Lead, mentor and direct a small team; establish intake and sprint cadences
Requirements
- 6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Business Systems in B2B SaaS
- 2+ years team lead or managerial experience
- Advanced Salesforce strategy, architecture and Flows
- CPQ administration experience (Nue CPQ preferred)
- Customer Success platform administration (Planhat, Gainsight, ChurnZero)
- Strong SaaS revenue metrics knowledge (ARR, NRR, GRR, quote-to-cash)

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or equivalent experience
