About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive the day-to-day operational engine of Pendulum's Revenue Operations team
- Own the execution and operational infrastructure across Amazon, third-party marketplaces, retail, and HCP sales channels
- Drive cross-functional alignment and support building scalable processes
- Ensure each channel operates with precision and accountability as Pendulum scales
- Support MAP compliance
- Manage operational infrastructure for growing HCP sales channel
