About the role
Responsibilities
- Run deal desk and order management for EMEA, META and APAC
- Maintain the rolling renewal book and report gross and net retention
- Coordinate contracts and procurement paperwork with Legal and Finance
- Own Salesforce data quality, territories and opportunity hygiene
- Produce weekly pipeline and forecast views from source records
- Support partner portal and customer provisioning after approval
Requirements
- 3+ years in sales or revenue operations at a B2B software company
- Salesforce as a daily operating tool, including reports and dashboards
- Advanced Excel
- Quote-to-cash literacy and SaaS commercial metrics
- Contract literacy for MSAs, order forms and procurement questionnaires
- Fluent English
Preferred Qualifications
- Enterprise security or infrastructure software experience
- Gulf or APAC public sector procurement experience
- Channel-led selling through distributors, resellers and MSPs
- CPQ or partner relationship management platform experience
