Reverse Logistics Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the Reverse Logistics function by managing RFQ execution and broker quoting
• Maintain and continuously improve the Purchasing Master Database
• Execute end-to-end RFQ and order processes including daily RFQ matches
• Price and issue quotes to brokers, suppliers, and internal sales teams
• Process purchase orders (POs) and sales orders (SOs) accurately
• Analyze historical and daily data to identify trends and commercial opportunities
• Manage offer releases, stock uploads, and support trading activity
• Coordinate stock releases and prepare obsolescence and excess stock files
• Provide reporting and ad hoc analysis to support decision-making
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, global teams, customers, and suppliers

Requirements

• Written and oral fluency in English
• Background or experience in customer service
• Experience in reverse logistics, returns management, or inventory control
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales background or experience
