About the role
Responsibilities
- Own revenue performance across the existing customer base
- Balance growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Manage retention including upgrades, renewals, and churn mitigation
- Act as a data-driven bridge between the Account team and Customer Success
- Utilize HubSpot as the primary system of record
- Use Power BI for data storytelling and analysis
