Risk and Underwriting Representative - UAE National - Cigna Healthcare

Responsibilities

• Manage the large corporate and SME team mailbox, and allocation of quotes among underwriters
• Prepare Table of Benefits for renewals and new business inceptions for corporate and SME
• Perform legal check on new quote census
• Screen SME and corporate groups before allocation
• Generate reports from system and do the needful formatting
• Liaise with sales team to manage expectations on quote TATs
• Provide underwriting support for SME business renewals across Africa
• Manage underwriting support for Individual business renewals across the Middle East
• Participate in problem solving activities to define problems, identify root causes, and suggest solutions for continuous improvements
• Utilize and adhere to internal guidelines and procedures to ensure compliant standards

Requirements

• UAE National
• Experience in underwriting support and mailbox management
• Ability to generate and format reports
• Strong adherence to internal guidelines and procedures
