About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of ERM Framework components including policies, procedures, and risk assessment criteria
- Identify strategic risk training needs regarding risk management practices
- Plan, design, and implement enterprise-wide risk management processes
- Coordinate risk assessments across various departments and sectors
- Assist risk owners in assessing, treating, and reporting risks
- Develop risk identification and assessment workshops
- Review departmental risk registers for accuracy and completeness
- Support the development of the entity-wide risk register and Key Risk Indicators
- Monitor and report on the status of risk treatment plans against milestones
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
- 3-5 years of professional experience
- Strong understanding of ERM frameworks and risk mitigation strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant professional certification such as CERA, CRM, or PRM
- Proven experience in governance and risk management within the energy sector
