About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and control the risk assessment process to ensure key processes are covered
- Produce feasibility studies, risk reports, and management information packs
- Develop and maintain the Enterprise Risk Management framework and Risk Appetite Statement
- Maintain the Risk Register across operational, regulatory, financial, security, and technology risks
- Oversee outsourcing and third-party risk management
- Lead incident management and root cause analysis
- Work closely with Compliance and MLRO teams to align with regulatory obligations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in risk management
- Knowledge of ADGM/FSRA or CBUAE regulations
- Experience with alternative asset managers or regulated entities
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications
- FRM, PRM, CRISC, or equivalent audit/risk credentials
- Experience in compliance governance
