Responsibilities

• Support risk operations by conducting campaign reviews, activity data quality checks, case reviews, and user behaviour analysis
• Perform in-depth analysis combining internal and external data to provide actionable insights for operational decisions and model iteration
• Continuously monitor data, define risk indicators, optimise workflows, and establish a standardised risk operations framework
• Maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth execution of risk control strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or data operations
• Exposure to business risk control, marketing anti-fraud, account security, or fund security
• Proficient in SQL with the ability to conduct independent data analysis
• Strong business acumen and risk intuition
• Logical thinking and data sensitivity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with R or Python
• Fluency in spoken Mandarin
