About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimise customer admission and loan approval policies
- Design and improve application processes for customer quality
- Establish differentiated credit limit strategies based on risk profiles
- Partner with Growth and Acquisition teams on channel-based risk assessment
- Develop and optimise loan approval policies for repeat borrowers
- Build and manage credit limit frameworks for existing customers
- Collaborate with Marketing and Growth on risk-based retention strategies
- Monitor policy performance and portfolio quality
Requirements
- Experience in credit risk policy, lending strategy or risk management
- Understanding of customer admission, credit approval and limit management
- Experience developing and optimising risk policies
- Strong analytical skills and data interpretation
- Experience with risk modelling or quantitative analysis
- Strong stakeholder management across Risk, Product, Growth and Marketing
