About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive specific problems from live Roblox games
- Investigate root causes of issues like CTR, retention, and monetization
- Generate potential solutions using AI, research, and personal judgment
- Study competitors and wider Roblox platform behavior
- Ruthlessly eliminate weak ideas to present only the strongest solutions
- Track implementation outcomes to improve future judgment
Requirements
- Must be Roblox native with a deep understanding of the platform, players, and culture
- Ability to use AI as a thinking multiplier
- Strong analytical skills to identify why problems exist
- Comfortable with high-frequency idea rejection and iterative testing
- Experience in game design, LiveOps, or Roblox development is a plus
Benefits
- Base salary
- $500 bonus for every successful idea implemented

We operate several large Roblox games and use a specialized 'Fracking' process to identify high-value ideas through continuous, AI-assisted problem-solving and experimentation.
