RTS System Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers on RTS products and solutions
• Support the Sales team with technical expertise during customer engagements and solution design
• Review intercom system designs and develop scalable, operational solutions
• Troubleshoot, test, and debug RTS hardware and software products
• Create and maintain technical documentation, system designs, and signal flow diagrams
• Assist customers with system commissioning, configuration, and optimization
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Sales teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Network Engineering, Audio Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in broadcast, live production, media, or professional audio
• Working knowledge of Dante audio networking technology
• Basic knowledge of Audio over IP platforms (AES67, SMPTE 2110 Suite)
• Understanding of RTS RVON protocol and IP-based communications systems
• Strong understanding of networking principles and audio signal flow
• Experience creating system layouts using Microsoft Visio
