About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on RTS products and solutions
- Support the Sales team with technical expertise during customer engagements and solution design
- Review intercom system designs and develop scalable, operational solutions
- Troubleshoot, test, and debug RTS hardware and software products
- Create and maintain technical documentation, system designs, and signal flow diagrams
- Assist customers with system commissioning, configuration, and optimization
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Sales teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Network Engineering, Audio Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in broadcast, live production, media, or professional audio
- Working knowledge of Dante audio networking technology
- Basic knowledge of Audio over IP platforms (AES67, SMPTE 2110 Suite)
- Understanding of RTS RVON protocol and IP-based communications systems
- Strong understanding of networking principles and audio signal flow
- Experience creating system layouts using Microsoft Visio
