RWA Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own product planning and delivery for Direct Stocks and Tokenized Stocks
• Cover accounts, assets, trading, market data, fund settlement and corporate actions
• Interface with overseas brokers, clearing houses, custodians and tokenized stock issuers
• Drive API integration, business process design, system joint testing and product launch
• Design US equity trading capabilities: order types, trading sessions, buying power and settlement
• Integrate Direct Stocks with account systems, fund accounts and trading infrastructure
• Design mStocks mechanics including token issuance, redemption, custody and price pegging
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, finance, risk and engineering on market access and risk control
• Produce competitive analysis and product iteration proposals

Requirements

• 3+ years in trading products, US equities, brokerage, tokenized stocks or RWA products
• Understanding of Direct Stocks model and broker, custodian and market maker roles
• Proficiency in securities trading processes: settlement, omnibus accounts, reconciliation
• Familiarity with US equity sessions, order types, NBBO and price protection
• Understanding of tokenized stock and mStocks architecture
• Strong systematic product design and exception handling skills
• Strong English communication skills
