About the role
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve business dashboards
- Create reports that provide actionable operational insights
- Develop visualizations using business intelligence platforms
- Analyze operational, recruiting, sales, and financial data
- Build scalable reporting systems and data models
- Develop cloud-based workflows and automation processes
- Utilize AI tools to improve reporting efficiency
- Support SQL queries and database reporting
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation
- Document reporting processes and technical workflows
Requirements
- 5+ years of recent Data Analytics or Business Intelligence experience
- Strong SQL experience
- Strong Python experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong Google Sheets proficiency
- Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar BI platforms
- Experience with cloud-based data workflows and API integrations
- Experience working with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar LLM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field preferred
