Safety & Security Lead

Responsibilities

• Run day to day safety operations in line with established policies and standard operating procedures
• Triage, log and manage safety incident cases from intake through resolution within defined SLAs
• Provide empathetic support and coordination for Captains and customers involved in safety incidents
• Lead investigations into safety related issues and summarize findings for senior stakeholders
• Maintain accurate incident records, prepare regular safety reports, and highlight trends to leadership
• Identify opportunities to improve safety processes and tools based on frontline observations

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in safety operations and incident management
• Direct experience in road safety operations
• Experience in transportation, mobility, or delivery industry preferred
• Hands on experience managing incidents, documentation, and cross-team coordination
• Proven track record working with SOPs and SLAs in fast paced environments
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Willingness to work in shifts and respond to out of hours issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Urdu or Arabic language skills
• Familiarity with Jira or similar issue-tracking tools
• Passion for leveraging AI technology to optimize workflows
